San Francisco, CA - 03/22/2006 - \"Detox\" control wanted

Writers reminded Mr. President that there were a lot of accidents where drug addicts
were involved. In particular, a bus crash accident in April, 2005, where two
children died and others were injured was mentioned. The main idea of that letter

necessity, additional investments to the rehabilitation centers and investing more
