Industry = Telecommunications

Press Release Summary = Women at all stages of their professional life need the
ability to concisely and with authority and clarity be able to vocally communicate
with co-workers, management, customers, vendors, and organizations. Hartfelt
Communications has the key to this essential tool.

Press Release Body = CHICAGO, IL, OCTOBER 2, 2006: Hartfelt Communications, with 20
years’ experience in vocal and communications training in the Call & Contact Center
industry, is now offering a series of seminars and coaching sessions to professional
business women in the Chicago area to assist them in mastering the skills of
professional voice and speech to enhance their empowerment in the workplace. The
seminars “Vocal Empowerment for Women” are scheduled in and around Chicago in
November and December 2006.

Studies show the actual sound of most women is at least 3-4 octaves higher than
their natural pitch. With proper vocal ergonomics, women can gain the strength and
authority of the well-spoken word. Feeling confident and comfortable in American
Standard Business English is imperative for women to be understood and respected.

Hartfelt Communications President, Katherine Hart, will conduct the seminar and
initial coaching session. “Poor voice and vocal skills can destroy a woman’s
credibility and rob her of professional and financial empowerment,” states Katherine
Hart.

“We developed the ICALL Process of vocal image to assist professionals on finding
the balance of authority without anger, clarity without stress, interest with mature
professionalism.”

For more information on dates and locations of the “Vocal Empowerment for Women”
seminars and coaching sessions and other classes available through Hartfelt
Communications, visit the website at: www.hartfeltcommunications.com or call
847-259-0278.
