Salvador Elízaga, who is keen to establish the business among the top ten firms in the Mexican market, manages the office. Salvador has considerable experience in sales, marketing and human resources having worked for leading national and international companies. The natural scarcity of talent, and the inability of the professional recruiters to identify it, led Salvador to decide to establish his own executive search consulting firm in 1993 (Delta ExSearch).
