The Games Women Women Play: A Celebration of Women at the Top Broadens Scope to
Include Ten Major Markets

and Los Angeles based integrated marketing company is sending out a national call
for 1,000 women at the top of the game to receive the Games Women Play:Women at the
Top of the Game Award. The award was created more than a decade ago to celebrate
women of color, their accomplishments and contributions to their communities and
society. To date the event has been held in Chicago and has honored women in
far-ranging endeavors who collectively provide leadership to tens of thousands, with
finanical influence in the billions of dollars. Past honorees include the late
Olympic Medalists, Willye White and Wilma Rudolph, Sharon Robinson (Jackie\'s
daughter),and range from pilots, government officials, doctors, attorneys, Fortune
500 executives, best selling authors and Grammy award winning artists, including
Patti LaBelle. After more than a decade, the event creators and producers, Diamond
Deane & Daniels Communications Group, Inc. are broadening the event\'s scope by
producing it at least ten major markets. Each event will benefit an identified
charity that supports girls and young women. Honorees will be selected by a national
