Knight LLP is pleased to announce Tyree C. Collier has joined the Firm as a Partner
in the Dallas office.

Mr. Collier focuses his practice on the representation of nonprofit organizations,
including large and small private foundations, hospitals and health systems,
university-affiliated organizations, private schools, fundraising organizations,
other types of public charities, and non-charitable tax exempt organizations.

“Tyree’s skill, knowledge, and experience with nonprofit organizations will give
our Firm an even stronger presence in this field, and we are excited for him to
join our Thompson & Knight team,” says David M. Rosenberg, Tax Practice Group
Leader who also specializes in representation of nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Collier received a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, with
honors, in 1994 and a B.B.A., cum laude, from Baylor University in 1988. He is
also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
