Marquis has joined their staff the position of Operations Manager. Blair Rubber
Company specializes in the design and manufacture of rubber for tank linings and
belt splicing materials.

Press Release Body = Prior to joining Blair Rubber, Marquis held the position of
Plant Manager for the past three years at Polymerics, Inc., a rubber chemical blend
facility located in Kent, Ohio. Marquis is an internal ISO 9001/2001 Quality Auditor
and was a Quality Management Representative for the Polymerics plant. Marquis holds
a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Akron.

Company. “She possesses a strong background in quality management and manufacturing.
Blair’s business has been expanding rapidly particularly in replacement rubber
linings and power plant flue gas desulphurization applications. We’ve added another
calendaring line and relocated to a new facility to accommodate the growth.
Expanding our management staff is the final step and Kim will be a valuable
addition.”
