Press Release Body = Once only available in clear, 3M™ has now expanded their Low
Profile DUAL-LOCK™ to include BLACK. The DUAL-LOCK™ Reclosable Fastener Line from
3M™ revolutionized the reclosable fastener industry, by introducing the “mushroom
head” technology. This “mushroom head” technology allows the fastener the ability
to be self-locking as well as provide the user with an audible “snap” assuring that
the fastener has locked.

The Low Profile DUAL-LOCK™ provides the same “mushroom head” technology, but is only
half as thick as traditional DUAL-LOCK™. The reduction in thickness makes it an
ideal solution for situations that require the fastener be hidden beneath the
surface of a product.

The standard acrylic-based adhesive offered on Low-Profile DUAL-LOCK™, provides an
excellent bond to a variety of substrates, (including polypropylene, polyethylene,
metal, finished wood and many others). Low-Profile DUAL LOCK™ is used in numerous
industries such as POP (Point of Purchase) and Trade Show exhibition, marine,
electronic and automotive. DUAL-LOCK™ can attach ceiling tiles, carpet, headliners,
seat cushions, covers, trade show designs, access panels, wall panels and small
electronic devices. The addition of the black offers greater versatility for
designers when creating displays or products.

The New Low-Profile DUAL LOCK™ is available only in 50-yard rolls. Additionally,
