Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management

certification is awarded to managers of residential real estate properties who have
met the Institute’s rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education,
examination and experience. CPM® Members must abide by a rigorous Code of
Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.

Owen Ahearn has over twenty years of residential, commercial and industrial property
management experience. He has two additional certifications – Accredited
Residential Manager® from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Public
Housing Manager designation (PHM®) from the National Association of Housing and
Redevelopment Officials. He is a member of the Massachusetts Rental Housing
Association. Additionally, Mr. Ahearn is an affiliate member of the National
Association of Realtors®.
