Fans Are Anxiously Awaiting the Mid-Summer Release of the Debut Gypsy Pearl Album
Atlanta, GA, May 20, 2008 - This long awaited, self titled album is filled with
eclectic blends that mix Pop and World music with an occasional Hip Hop arrangement.

Gypsy Pearl is fronted by its creator, Angelina Sarantis. Angelina is best known as
a solo artist within the Greek and Belly dance communities. Her unique sound was
dubbed Greek Fusion because of its amazing blend of Greek music and Pop music.
Angelina is known for taking the sounds from her Grandfather’s Greek music and
combining them with her favorite American sounds to create Greek Fusion.

Gypsy Pearl is a member of the 500 Songs for Kids Foundation, which raises money and
provides entertainment for sick children and their families. Gypsy Pearl recently
performed “Genie in a Bottle,” by Christina Aguilera for the 500 Songs for Kids
annual fundraising event.
Gypsy Pearl will begin touring in August of 2008 to promote the release their debut
album.
